Shipping Policy:

We ship via Freight for some products, and UPS Ground on others. When your product ships we will send you a Tracking Number so that you can track your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become available on the shipper's Website do to their product shipment and tracking procedures.

Please NOTE: Most orders ship within 10 to 14 business days, and some orders such as the Self Contained Macerating Toilets will take longer, sometimes up to 3 weeks before they ship. Again, the Self Contained Macerating Toilet products can take up to three weeks before they ship. When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your purchase during shipment. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL Porcelain / China toilets and tanks including:

  • The SANICOMPACT Self Contained Macerator Pump and Toilet
  • The SaniFlo SANISTAR self-contained china toilet, the 
  • The Rear Discharge Toilet Bowls and Tanks
  • Regular Bottom Discharge Toilet Bowls and Tanks

Due to these products being so delicate when shipping, we have to ship them through a freight Carrier. We cannot ship these products with UPS, USPS, or FedEx, because they break due to them being made out of China / Porcelain.


Additionally, we ship throughout the continental U.S. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

Return Policy:

1) If you ordered the wrong product or change your mind after you receive your order, we do charge a 25% restocking fee and, of course, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges.
2) Returning used products cannot be allowed. We do not sell used products and you will not receive (nor do you expect to receive) used (or "re-furbished") merchandise from us.
3) Please contact us if you wish to return a product and the product must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used.
4) We have found that a rare few customers have stated in the past that their product is defective to avoid paying our 25% restocking fee. To discourage that, and to keep our prices the lowest, we must inspect that either the product is defective (in which case you will receive another) or we must charge a 25% restocking fee. 

What is the return procedure for merchandise that fails within the warranty period?

1) E-mail us a notice that the product is not working and within the warranty period.
2) Describe the nature of the problem, provide the purchase date and the order number.
3) One of our technical representatives will reply within 24 to 48 hours to help you solve the problem.
4)If it seems that the product has a defect in material or workmanship we will issue an RA #
5) We will request that you re-order the same item through our Web Store.

Your SaniFloSystems.com Credit Card Purchase will be processed by: Authorized.Net. Our business name that will appear on your credit card statement is AIRALEAVE Home Products, Incorporated. Additionally, your credit card statement charge will show AIRALEAVE Home Products, Incorporated.
